We are pleased to announce that we are working towards Kings Kids After School club re-opening on 7th September for children who attend Kings Meadow Primary School in Ainsdale.
Kings Kids has not been able to operate this term, but we planning towards Kings Kids re-opening on 7th September 2020. Current government guidance states that children from different bubbles within school can join together for wrap around activities such as after school club.
We will ensure a new risk assessment and procedures are in place to ensure we operate safely. These will be available by the time we re-open. The re-opening is subject to government guidelines, what the situation is at the time, and demand for the service.
We will have to restrict numbers to a maximum of 15 children per session in the first instance, unless guidance and the situation changes.
The cost from September 2020 is £9 per session. You can now book onto the Magic Booking System – there is a new activity called Kings Kids Sept 20 to July 21. Please book if you can as soon as possible to help us plan. Low demand may mean we may have to offer a restricted service only on some days, but we hope this will not be the case. If you do know what you need, booking by Friday 17th July 2020 would really help. You can book after this date, but it will really assist us with planning.
Since lockdown, we issued credit vouchers, which you can use on future bookings now for September 2020 onwards. We cannot give refunds EXCEPT if your child is year 6 now and leaving school at the end of this term. If this applies to you, please complete the ‘Contact Kings Kids’ box or ring 0151 665 0160.
