Footprints King Kids After School Club
Children and families are at the heart of all we do.
We aim to provide happy, safe, reliable after school childcare at affordable prices to serve the children and families within the Kings Meadow community.
Our experienced practitioners are qualified in childcare and play work and understand the importance of play and offering different play opportunities to suit all interests.
Our dedicated lead childcare practitioner is experienced in providing the EYFS curriculum and aims to provide this for all nursery and reception aged children, providing them with a unique record of their time with us.
We aim to work in close partnership with the teachers at Kings Meadow Primary School, providing support with homework and for children who need a little more support.

The First Steps Management Team from left to right: Sarah Mercer is the Company’s Deputy Manager, and oversees the setting in Kings Kids, ensuring quality standards are adhered to. Ann Howarth is our Administrator. Ian Merrison is Managing Director of the company and is the nominated person for the company with Ofsted. Jennifer Merrison is a Company Director. footprints@ kingskids after school club provides care for up to 20 children between the ages of 3 and 11 between 3.15pm and 6pm.
