Early Years Educator (Baby Room) – 25 hours each per week), Litherland, Merseyside, £18,249 pro-rata (actual £13,035 per annum); £10.00 per hour 

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Early Years Educator to work in our footprints@hattonhill nursery in Litherland, Merseyside!  The nursery has recently gained a ‘good’ grade with Ofsted in all areas (September 2022 – report here), Inspectors commented that “children benefit from a highly successful transition programme when they join this nursery… children are confident and self-assured”, “children engage fully with the exciting activities on offer in this well-resourced nursery”, “partnerships with parents is a particular strength of this nursery”.

This is therefore a great opportunity for two experienced, hard-working Early Years Educators to work in the nursery with children aged 0-5, especially to work in our warm and welcoming baby room!

You will provide the highest level of care and education for children attending the nursery.  You will need to have a good experience working in an Early Years setting (paid or voluntary) and at least a Level3 qualification in Childcare, Education and Learning or equivalent.  You will help with ensuring the requirements of Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage are met.  More details about the nursery can be found here

The successful applicants will meet the person specification.  An enhanced DBS will be undertaken.  The position is 25 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 6pm, all year round. Shifts will be over 2.5 days per week.  The role is paid at £10 per hour.
